Cushman & Wakefield is representing the seller and is marketing the property as an investment or user-acquisition opportunity in an area close to major employers such as General Motors and Canadian National Railway.
On 4 acres, the building has 11 shipping doors – six at truck level and five with drive-in access – with a clear height of 18 feet. Merit, a family-run business established in 1967, built the facility in 1981 and relocated this year.
