FORKLIFT training and licensing provider Foresite Training has leased an office warehouse premises at Keysborough in Melbourne's south east.
Foresite has relocated its existing Dandenong training centre to a 1,676 sqm office-warehouse complex, including 222 sqm of single level office accommodation at 10 Fiveways Boulevard in Keysborough.
The lease was negotiated by DTZ agent Simon Wellock, who said Foresite has taken a new three year lease over the currently vacant space.
“The leasing has been negotiated at $130,000 or equal to the full asking price of $80 a sqm plus GST and building outgoings. The lease also provides annual CPI increases.
“No rental incentives were provided and the private building owner sought a good clean industrial tenant to take up the space,” he added.
Wellock said Keysborough always attracts strong interest from industrial space users because of its excellent regional roads infrastructure in all directions and including its proximity to the south eastern arterial.
