A BROADACRE residential development site at Officer in Melbourne's south-east has sold for approximately $10 million.
Sutherland Farrelly’s Paul Farrelly and Grant Sutherland handled the sale of the 11.24ha site via public tender.
The sale price was not disclosed by industry sources indicate it was around $10 million.
Farrelly said strong interest was received from multiple tenderers.
The property, Lot 2 Brunt Rd on the corner Rix Rd, Officer is within the Urban Growth Boundary and is within an Urban Growth Zone.
The site is also included within the Officer Precinct Structure Plan, is designated for residential development and ready for subdivision, subject to approval. No Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution is payable in respect to the property.
