CB Richard Ellis is maintaining its commitment to sustainability and its Sydney office leasing team has been awarded Green Star Accreditations.
Four of CBRE’s Sydney-based office leasing professionals – Mark Clapham, Jenine Cranston, Lynda Patmore and Stuart McSorley – passed the Green Building Council exam last week after completing the Green Star Accredited Property Course.
Green Star Accredited Professionals have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the Green Star environmental rating system and the Green Star Office Design rating tool.
CBRE senior director of office services Mark Clapham said building owners were increasingly focused on firms that could deliver “green” outcomes.
“It’s become increasingly important for leasing agents to really understand what goes into the Green Star rating of projects,” Clapham said.
