A meeting of unitholders at yesterday`s meeting voted against the motion with 75% of unitholders backing Fife Funds.
The 360 Capital Industrial Fund is the largest unitholder in ANI, controlling 30% of interest.
Fife Funds` independent chairman Rod Pearse said the result of the meeting reflects the ongoing support of ANI unitholders for Fife Funds.
