MECHANICS Ultra Tune has leased a warehouse/office complex at Eagle Farm in Brisbane’s TradeCoast precinct.
Ultra Tune has secured B/109 Links Avenue Eagle Farm in a deal negotiated by Ray White’s Paul Anderson and Dan Costello.
The two-level building offers 709 sqm of space.
Anderson said Ultra Tune has taken out a 5+5 year lease at a net rental of $56,720 p.a.
