A PRIVATE interstate investor has purchased the Lorna Jane store at 206 Rundle St in Adelaide’s CBD for $3.5 million.
The 222sqm two-level retail building returns $223,157 per annum net from August, and sold on a 6.1% yield.
The deal was negotiated by McGees Property Adelaide’s Rory Butterworth and Phillip Joncheff.
