KNIGHT Frank will open a new office in Sydney’s south, as the agency continues to expand.
Opening its doors on June 15, the new office will be located within the corporate park on Bourke Rd Alexandria.
Knight Frank NSW managing director Richard Horne said this move is really exciting for the agency as it expands into new markets.
“We’ve been viewing this precinct as a major opportunity for the last couple of years and the timing is now right for us to open our new office there.
“The area has seen enormous transformation over the last 20 years, changing from a primarily industrial precinct into a mixed-use and residential apartment hot spot, located between the Sydney CBD and Sydney Airport. Now well serviced, with a direct train link to the city from Green Square and Mascot Station, the area has become one of Australia’s most exciting development precincts,” Horne said.
The new office will be led by Knight Frank’s associate directors Peta Antoniou, Adam Bodon and Nick Sinclair. They will be supported by director James Reeves; associate director Hamish Henderson; sales executive Demi Carigliano; office coordinator Sara Ford; and executive analyst Jess Pankiw.
Knight Frank’s Australia head of industrial investments Eugene Evgenikos and Anthony Pirrottina, analyst, will also go between South Sydney and the Sydney office.
“Eugene’s will have an important role given his long history and track record in this market, which will be invaluable to the setting up of the new office,” Horne said.
