A COMMERCIAL complex in Sydney’s upper north shore suburb of Pymble has changed hands in an off-market deal for $3.3 million.
The three shops and two offices at 1001-1003 Pacific Highway have a combined net lettable area of 1,070 sqm, and encompass a land area of 632.2 sqm.
The fully leased asset includes real estate agents LJ Hooker and furniture and homewares retailer Early Settlers amongst its tenants.
Addison Hunter of Colliers International negotiated the deal.
The sale price reflected a building rate of $3,084 per sqm.
