AUTO Ingress has raced to secure a dual-tenancy office and warehouse building in Slacks Creek in the Logan corridor for $2.25 million, and will occupy one half of the building that offers potential for future expansion.
National refrigerated transport and logistics company Chill leases the other half of the 1,659 sqm building at 17-19 Cronulla Court, on a monthly tenancy.
The new owner will take up the vacant 861 sqm, formerly tenanted by Metal Fascia Services, which comprises a 551 sqm warehouse and 410 sqm office space.
The warehouses are connected by two roller doors and sit on a 3,093 sqm site with 38 on-site car spaces.
Selling agent Jaems Balfour of Ray White Industrial said Auto Ingress has the opportunity to expand into the other half of the property in the future.
“The site was well presented and well constructed and the buyer was ultimately attracted to the quality office fit-out and the rare large land parcel for the area,” he said.
Brands in the suburb include Range Rover, Motorama, Bob Jane and Midas.
Balfour said properties in the area are tightly held and the Logan corridor is generating increased interest from owner-occupiers and investors.
He said the marketing campaign generated more than 30 inquiries and multiple offers from investors as well as local owner-occupiers.
