DUTCH-based company Brunel has expanded their Melbourne presence, leasing a dual-level office space of 436 sqm in Port Melbourne.
It will pay $95,000 per annum over three years for 15/36 Sabre Drive, which has split levels of 218 sqm and 13 car space on title.
Ned Kukic and Ben Hackworthy of Lemon Baxter negotiated the deal.
