THE RSL Club site in Alice Springs is believed to have changed hands for $928,000, ahead of the close of the expressions of interest campaign.
Framptons First National’s Andrew Doyle marketed the 9,870 sqm site at 20 Schwarz Crescent, with campaign due to close on November 9. The property is now listed as sold.
It was offered with a building area of 885 sqm that comprises a main bar and club, partitioned gaming room, manager’s office, reception area, board room commercial kitchen and storage areas, as well as the outdoor Long Tan Bar.
The site is located some 900 metres from the Alice Springs post office.
