SOUTHERN Cross Protections is the latest security company to move to Gateway Business Park in Sydney’s Silverwater.
Southern Cross Protection signed a seven-year lease over 508 sqm at $300 per sqm net.
CBRE’s Maria Mangcoy and Stephen Panagiotopoulos acted on behalf of Ringmer Pacific.
Other tenants in the estate, located at 63–79 Parramatta Road, include MSS Security, Direct Shoe Warehouse, CITIC HIC Australia, The Forsight Foundation for the Deaf/Blind, Digifort and Vatech Medical.
“Gateway Business Park provides tenants coming out of industrial estates or 3PL, modern and affordable office accommodation situated in a highly exposed corner location with easy access to Parramatta Road and the M4 Motorway,” Mangcoy said.
