UNIVERSAL Real Estate has leased an 86 sqm commercial space within Craigieburn Plaza in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Craig McKellar of CVA struck the terms of the three-year lease with two further three-year options at $50,000 per annum, at a building rate of $581.40 per sqm.
The fully fitted Shop 5, 32-38 Craigieburn Rd has a frontage of seven metres and has three separate offices, reception and staff amenities. There are 300 public parking spaces on the shopping centre site.
