360 Capital Group has assumed control of Australian Industrial REIT.
Yesterday 99.7% of ANI members voted in favour of removing Fife Capital as the responsible entity and installing 360 Capital ANI Management Limited (360CAML).
360 Capital Industrial Fund (TIX) now owns over 90% of ANI and will shortly commence compulsory acquisition.
