ARDEN Group has launched the $200 million Jade development in Brisbane's inner northern suburb of Albion.
The development will comprise more than 350 apartments on a 1.4 ha master planned community, with stage one comprising 150 units over two six-level buildings and priced from $392,000 to $990,000, with completion expected in late 2015.
Arden Group director Steven Walsh is confident the project will generate interest from buyers.
“High quality, affordable apartment product in Albion is hard to come by due to the suburb’s highly constrained land supplies and we’re anticipating a lot of interest in this particular development.
“Jade will comprise four separate six-level buildings situated in a high-quality landscaped environment with five ‘green’ zones for residents to enjoy,” he added.
“Combined with the development’s competitive price points and more buyers being drawn to property in the area, we’re expecting a strong level of enquiry,” Walsh said.
Construction for Jade is expected to be completed in late 2015.
