EDUCATION, training and recruitment company Axial Group has leased office space at Underwood in Brisbane's south.
The lease in the Portal Office Building at 3208-3209/ 2994 Logan Rd Underwood was negotiated by Ray White Commercial Springwood managing director Aldo Bevacqua.
Bevacqua said Axial Group had taken up a 425 sqm tenancy in the three-storey building.
Axial Group has taken a 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $300 per sqm per annum plus GST and outgoings.
