EQUIPMENT rental company Coates Hire has leased a substantial office and warehouse facility at Mulgrave in Melbourne’s south-east.
Savills’ divisional director Kosta Filinis negotiated the deal with the tenant taking a seven-year lease at $525,000 p.a. net.
The 238-252 Wellington Rd property comprises a 7,000 sqm building including a 6,700 sqm warehouse and 300 sqm office component, on a 2ha site.
Filinis said the tenant was attracted to the property’s exceptional frontage to Wellington Rd which offers immediate access to Springvale Road and easy access to the Monash Freeway and EastLink.
“This was a property which was well suited to the tenant’s requirements. It offered modern industrial facilities and generous hardstand in an excellent location with fantastic exposure and superb freeway access,” Filinis said.
