COLLIERS International has strengthened its Sydney office team by poaching Frank Sassine, CB Richard Ellis' highest fee earner.
This is the 95th appointment for the agency. Sassine was CBRE’s highest fee earner for office leasing in New South Wales last year, and will join Colliers’ Sydney metropolitan office leasing team.
JLL’s director of office leasing Cameron Williams said he will work closely with Robert Gishen, head of metropolitan leasing.
“The metropolitan leasing market has shifted in recent months and Frank’s appointment positions Colliers International to take advantage of the opportunities that will be presented,” Williams said.
Colliers CEO John Kenny said the firm has a vast number of people join from competitors or return to agency from client-side in recent months.
“We can offer job security for successful and proven professionals, a fantastic work culture based on team strategies and knowledge-sharing, and we are still on the hunt for more property professionals,” he concluded.
