ENSHINE Group has bought a Collingwood warehouse and office building on Melbourne’s city fringe for $3.04 million at auction.
The corner site of 395 sqm at 67 Gipps St has commercial 2 zoning and has a 384 sqm building leased to Label Levverage.
Colliers selling agents Dave Walker, Chris Ling, Daniel Wolman and Alex Browne said an investor bought the property on a yield of 1.95%.
Walker said the campaign received interest from investors, owner occupiers and developers alike.
“Extraordinary demand for commercial property in booming Collingwood is driving enquiry and sale activity across the whole suburb, which continues to transform into an up and coming hot spot for new office development,” Walker said.
