European Investors Global Property Trust has debuted at a 5% premium to its issue price at $1.05.
EIG is backed by Macquarie Bank and set up as a master fund to invest primarily in listed securities of companies and trusts in the real estate industry around the world, excluding Australia.
The funds will be managed by New York-based European Investors Inc, which manages about $US2.2 billion in assets.
