Nearly 5 acres of developable land on the outskirts of Kelowna, B.C., is up for grabs at $14.9m.
The parcel, at 2040 Joe Riche Road, is vacant except for a 9,000 sq ft building housing a liquor store.
The site is being rezoned for a project that includes a 148-unit multifamily development with 15,000 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space. Letters of intent have been secured from Loblaws, McDonald’s and Petro-Canada.

The parcel, near Joe Riche Road and Highway 33, is 10 km east of downtown Kelowna and is en route to Big White Ski Resort, 33 kilometres to the southwest. Kelowna is 280 kilometres east of Vancouver.
