KNIGHT Frank has launched a residential valuations division in Melbourne and appointed Chris Hill as head of the business in Australia.
Hill will lead the division in Victoria and nationally. He previously worked at Knight Frank in Adelaide for over nine years – most recently as associate director.
CEO Stephen Ellis said this is part of a national expansion strategy for the division, complementing the existing residential valuations offering across Australia and also New Zealand.
The residential valuations services are located in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and Central Coast, Adelaide, Townsville, Mackay and Wagga Wagga, and prestige residential valuation services in Perth, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin.
“Opening a Melbourne office is the next step in the growth of the residential valuations division along the eastern seaboard. With nearly a decade of industry experience working in residential valuations for Knight Frank, Chris Hill is well-placed to lead the business line with a national approach,” Ellis said. “Residential valuations is a key area for growth for our firm, and will ultimately help us to maximise service to our valued clients.”
