THE 36,000sqm retail component of Meriton’s new Lighthouse project in Sydney’s northern beaches suburb of Dee Why has hit the market.
CBRE agents Peter Rossi and Nick Willis have been appointed to market the development, which will accommodate an approximate net lettable area of 16,000sqm, anchored by a full-line supermarket.
The Lighthouse project will become Dee Why’s town centre and include retail accessing an open piazza – set to include an outdoor cinema, markets and dining areas – as well as a lifestyle restaurant precinct, and a health and wellbeing precinct, supported by ample basement car parking, with plans for a 130-place childcare centre.
The master-planned, mixed-use Lighthouse development comprises the retail development and 356 apartments in four residential towers.
