MUSICA Viva, Australia’s oldest chamber music group, has sold its Surry Hills premises in Sydney’s inner-east for around $12 million.
Camperdown-based investor Analypsi purchased the 1,500sqm, three-storey Art Deco-style building at 120 Chalmers Rd.
The site was sold with a short-term leaseback to Musica Viva, as well as a short-term lease to music streaming giant Spotify.
JLL negotiated the sale.
