Three gas stations in southern Ontario are on the block for a collective $28m.
Colliers is marketing the properties on behalf of a private investor. They also are listed for individual purchase.
An Esso gas station with a convenience store and restaurant space at 3350 Steeles Avenue West in Vaughan is asking $9.4m. Built in 2016, it’s just off Highway 400, in a high-traffic area.
The two other properties are branded as Petro-Canada gas stations. One, at 24428 Highway 48 in Georgina, is listed for $9.5m. The 2-acre property also includes a convenience store, built in 2008.
The other, at 568 River Road West in Wasaga Beach, is asking $9.1m. Built in 2022, it includes a Burger King drive-through, a convenience store and a car wash. The site is just over 1.5 acres.
Marketing materials emphasize a strong revenue stream for all three properties and minimal competition for the Georgina site.
