K H Style Packaging Pty Ltd has paid $650,000 for an office and warehouse property at Springvale in Melbourne’s south-east.
Savills Australia’ Daniel Kelly and Cameron Stuckey negotiated the sale of the property at 11 Regal Drive.
The property comprises a 540 sqm, office and warehouse facility on a 750 sqm site.
According to the agents, K H Style will relocate from its current home at Abbotsford to Springvale.
“The purchaser required a location which would provide more immediate access to clients and staff and a building suitable for long-term business growth.
“The purchaser, another convert from lessee to owner-occupation, wished to own its property for long-term investment and to facilitate greater control of its business premises,” Kelly said.
