CHINESE developer Apex Properties has sold a permit approved residential development site at Baulkham Hills in north western Sydney for $9.6 million.
The approximately 9,880 sqm property at 91 Windsor Rd Baulkham Hills, was sold to a Parramatta developer by Scott Timbrell and Jeff Moxham of Ray White Commercial NSW on behalf of Apex.
Timbrell said the site has since been approved for 26 freestanding homes, comprising 18 x 4 bedroom and 8 x 3 bedroom townhouses, ranging from 168 sqm to 191 sqm with land areas of approximately 280 sqm to 320 sqm.
