A PRESTON industrial site in Melbourne’s northern suburbs has changed hands for circa $2,213 per sqm.
Zoned Industrial 1, the 15 Bell Street property covers a 610 sqm site and has a 425 sqm workshop that has been used by a metal recycling business.
JLL’s Anthony Cannizzaro and Mario Mascon sold the property, which is located close to Albert Street and High Street.
