SYDNEY-based Quantum Group has purchased a residential development site at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane for $7 million.
Ray White’s Rick Bird negotiated the sale on behalf a private vendor.
The boutique funds manager bought the four-lot 2,835 sqm property at 498 and 502 Vulture St which backs onto 91 and 97 Linton St, which has DA approval for a mixed-use residential project.
