RAY White Commercial has appointed Michael Ajaka as a director in New South Wales.
Ray White Commercial NSW managing director Jeff Moxham said Ajaka is an experienced senior operator with more than 30 years of experience.
“Michael has an understanding of all areas of the commercial property sector including commercial, retail, development and in particular investment property sales. He has also operated in the Sydney CBD, South Sydney, North Sydney and Parramatta markets, which is of great interest to us with our business having offices in these key markets over time,” he added.
Ajaka said he was excited about joining forces with the Ray White Group and the rapidly expanding Ray White Commercial team.
“Becoming part of the Ray White family and working with the team at Ray White Commercial NSW is an opportunity to be part of a growing business that has a reputation of client focus and developing strong relationships,” he added.
Ajaka said he will focus on leased investments, including service stations, fast food restaurants and also office buildings.
