THE Rosebud Central shopping centre in the sea side town on the Mornington Peninsula, 75km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, is for sale by an expressions of interest campaign through agents Fitzroys.
Fitzroys director David Bourke said the offering provided scope for investors, developers and potential owner occupiers the ability to remix and redevelop the centre, and take advantage of the Council’s initiatives under the Rosebud structured plan to maximise development on the site.
The property is contained within a “Business 1” zone, pursuant to the provision of the Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme, and is covered by the Rosebud Activity Centre structured plan buy xanax on the internet with a primary objective of the relevant planning authority to initiate redevelopment and reinvigorate the Rosebud commercial centre.
The EOI campaign will close on Thursday, April 14th, 2011 at 4pm and the property is expected to realise in excess of $6 million.
Bourke said the property has been offered for sale subject to flexible lease agreements, current rental is in the order of $673,000 per annum.
The centre is currently occupied by Ritchies IGA Supermarket and nine other specialty retail shops. It encompasses a total building area of about 3,550 sqm on a land area of 11,700 sqm.
