Queensland developer CKG Properties has completed the first 15 settlements for apartments in Stage One of the $62 million Mantra Pavillions Mirage beachfront development at Agnes Water on the central Queensland coast.
Following completion of the 15 units in Stage One a further 18 apartments in Stage Two are due for settlement before the end of the month.
The remainder of the 78 apartments in the resort is due for completion mid-year.
Only eight apartments are still available for sale. The available apartments range from a two-bedroom poolside unit with private courtyard for $700,000 fully-furnished to a three-bedroom oceanfront apartment for $1.2 million fully-furnished.
CKG Properties director Grant Kenny said settlement on the first stage of the development was a major milestone for CKG, and the entire 1770/Agnes Water region.
Mantra Pavillions Mirage is the second major project by the group after the $52 million Pavillions on Hamilton development on Hamilton Island.
