A VACANT ground floor and basement property at 137 Bourke St in Melbourne’s CBD has sold for $4.5 million.
The vacant property, at the bottom of the 19-level residential Metropolitan development, was sold by CBRE agents Paul Tzamalis and Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick O’Callaghan and Adrian Prince on behalf of developer VIC Investments.
It comprises a 141sqm of ground floor retail with 10.5 metres of street frontage and a 172sqm basement.
