A RESIDENTIAL zoned property operating as a liquor store at Sutherland in Sydney’s south has sold for $1.9 million.
Commercial Property Group’s Hayden Bennett and Damen Astey negotiated the sale of the 108 Flora St Sutherland property.
Comprising a land area of 670 sqm, the property is improved by a 390 sqm building, which is leased to longstanding tenant Porters Liquor, along with five car parking spaces.
The agents said the property was an investment opportunity with development upside as it located in the heart of Sutherland’s booming residential area, and is zoned R4 High Density with a FSR of 1.5:1.
