The 2,140 sqm facility includes a stand-alone food warehousing facility with a cool room and freezer, and is on a 3,010 sqm site on the edge of the Metropolitan Ring Rd within an established industrial pocket offering direct access to Keon Pde, High St and Mahoneys Rd.
The purchaser operates a number of businesses, the majority of which are in the manufacturing, joinery and cabinet making, and engineering sectors, and is upscaling its operations and relocating from its existing premises in Preston.
