LOGISTICS and freight company TNT Australia has leased a 121,000 sqm facility within the Melbourne Airport Business Park.
The new major depot will become the company’s new headquarters with TNT consolidating from three existing sites in Campbellfield, Laverton and Tullamarine.
CBRE senior director, industrial & logistics services, Dean Hunt negotiated the 15-year deal and said it is one of the largest pre-lease commitments in Victoria this year.
This is the second major industrial deal signed in Melbourne’s west this month. Last week, Hunt has secured Jetport Security Parking to a new 61,000 sqm super site at Tullamarine.
