A SUMMER Hill block of six units has sold under the hammer for $2.92 million, with potential to be refurbished and increase returns.
LJ Hooker Commercial’s Jim Marinos and Joseph Mouwad of Elders Real Estate marketed the 500 sqm site at 41 Henson Street, which has a 370 sqm brick building with four lock-up garages, and two parking spaces.
It is located close to Old Canterbury Road, Summer Hill train station and The Sydney Private Hospital.
Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks auctioned the property.
