VIDEO security company Geutebruck Pty Ltd has moved to Brisbane’s industrial suburb of Eagle Farm.
Geutebruck has leased a 328 sqm office and warehouse at 5/783 Kingsford Smith Drive Eagle Farm in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s Jack Gwyn and Jared Doyle.
Geutebruck has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at net rental of $45,920 per annum.
Gwyn said Geutebruck was relocating from premises at Tingalpa on Brisbane’s southside to accommodate its growing business.
“This is a fantastic corporate facility for Geutebruck with approximately 126 sqm of office space over two levels,” he said.
Doyle said the approximately 202 sqm warehouse offers 3 phase power and approximately 7.5m of internal height with electric roller doors.
