A TENANT has become an owner-occupier after buying their industrial warehouse and office property at Warana on the Sunshine Coast.
The approximately 150 sqm unit at 3/27 Premier Circuit Warana was sold off-market to furniture and appliance business Rent the Roo for $310,000, by Ray White Commercial’s Damien Poole.
Poole said Rent the Roo had previously leased the property after relocating their business from Brisbane.
“With stock in the area in short supply, the buyer approached me to discuss the potential purchase of the property,” Poole said. “After direct negotiations were conducted between Ray White Commercial North Coast Central and the seller and buyer, a successful outcome resulted in the property going under contract at an agreed price.”
