A PROMINENT Woollahra Village retail and office building with four tenancies has sold under the hammer for $15.1 million.
Bryce Ibrahim of Confidence Property and Ben Vaughan of Ray White Woollahra sold the 721 sqm corner building at 80-82 Queen St in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
On the western side of the village, the property is on a 403 sqm corner site with three street frontages, including of 12 metres to Queen St and rear lane access from Smith St.
Two retail tenancies on the ground level are leased to Fineline Global Brands Pty Ltd and The Bay Tree, and the first floor of the building houses Jocelyn Petroni & Roth Architects, with a current net annual income of $477,000.
The agents marketed the property as “truly a rare collectors parcel of land with various add value upside”.
Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks auctioned the property.
