Réseau MAclinique and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ have started construction of a five-storey clinic in the Montreal-Nord neighborhood.
The 90,000 sq ft medical complex, dubbed Complexe Santé Sault-au-Récollet, is slated to be completed next spring. Tenants will include family doctors, public-sector specialists and paramedical professionals.
Amenities will include a gym for employees, conference rooms, a lounge, an auditorium for public events, indoor parking with car-charging stations and bicycle storage.
The clinic, at 3960 Rue Fleury Est, was designed by BCP Architectes and will be built by Consoltec. It will be close to public transportation and will be adjacent to a 195-room intermediate residence built in collaboration with CIUSSS du Nord de l’île de Montréal.
