ASX-listed Mustera Property Group has been given the green light for its $80 million apartment project in North Fremantle.
The 15 McCabe Street project will have 42 apartments across eight stories with views to Rocky Bay and Leighton Beach.
Currently, the site has about 2,000 sqm of offices over two levels on 2,398 sqm of land.
The development will achieve 100% Silver Level Liveable Housing requirements. Residents’ amenity will offer dining and kitchen facilities, a wellness treatment room and extensive landscaping.
Mustera is currently developing a 13-floor tower in Applecross with 57 apartments, food and beverage and office space, while it is assessing its options for a 2,233 sqm car park site in East Perth and a 2,390 sqm parcel within the Midland Railway Workshops precinct.
