Luxury fashion brand Camilla is opening a new store within Goodman Group’s development in Sydney’s South.
The retailer will occupy 154 sq m at Goodman’s Rosebery Engine Yards development, a 5,600 sq m mixed-use retail and lifestyle precinct at 115-151 Dunning Avenue.
Scanlan and Theodore (311 sq m), Future Skin by Dr Amy Chahal (165 sqm), Saardé and Inartisan (243 sqm), and Oblica (319 sqm) are among other retailers opening their doors in the precinct. A 270 sqm My Reggio Childcare is also set to join them later this year.
The precinct is home to brands including Zimmermann, Rebecca Vallance, Aje, Viktoria & Woods, MJ Bale, Oroton, and July Luggage.
Recently, Lune Croissanterie opened its flagship store in December.
Goodman, in collaboration with Group GSA, redeveloped the property originally built between 1922 and 1925. The site was a former factory housing Buzacott & Co’s Rosebery Engine Works, the Commonwealth Weaving Mills, and Westinghouse.
The property developer acquired the site in 2014.
Works commenced on the site in November 2022, with the first stage of the development officially opening in July 2024.
