Mirvac Group has pre-sold more than $87.6 million worth of properties at the first stage of its $530 million Magenta Shores development.
The first stage comprises 132 properties, including 80 villas, 42 golf houses and 10 beach-front houses. Mirvac has so far exchange 92 contracts.
Magenta Shores is a $530 million integrated resort and housing estate, which includes 357 residential homes, a five star resort with 149 serviced villas, an 18 hole championship golf course and a range of recreation facilities for use by owners and hotel guests.
The site is uniquely located on a narrow sand spit between Tuggerah Lake and the Pacific Ocean on the Central Coast and surrounded by National Park on the north and west sides and a 2.3km ocean frontage.
“Our successful first sales release and interest in the project demonstrates ongoing market confidence in the combination of well located real-estate and the Mirvac brand of quality, even during a challenging residential period in New South Wales,” Mirvac’s managing director Greg Paramor said.
