AN office suite at 151 Castlereagh St in the Sydney CBD has been leased to Pearson Australia Group.
Suite 10.02 comprises 720 sqm and is on one of three new office floors added during the building’s recent extensive renovations.
CBRE’s Tim Molchanoff and Tim Courtnall leased the property on a five-year term, on behalf of the owners Valad Property Group, on a gross rent of $750 per sqm.
