FIVE new tenants have taken up space within the A-grade Brisbane office tower, Central Plaza within the Golden Triangle precinct, following a “small suite” strategy undertaken by landlord ISPT.
Level 22 of the 40-storey building is now home to a series of small suites that were designed and fitted out for a very particular niche in the corporate market.
JLL senior director for office leasing James Montague, who co-created and managed the strategy, said five suites have now been leased with one already leading to an expansion deal.
Design and construction specialists Descon Group Australia moved into a 217 sqm suite while setting up their Queensland headquarters, and have since have moved into their flagship office of 360 sqm on level 20.
Other new tenants on level 22 include Cbus, which has taken 105 sqm; Sydney-based technology and services firm Equiem over 108 sqm; Petro China with 239 sqm, and Interrisk with 217 sqm.
A total of 888 sqm has been leased on the floor, as well as the space taken on level 20 by Desco Group.
Each of the leases were negotiated at $750 per sqm.
Montague said the suites on level 22 featured turnkey fitouts, high end finishes and are fully serviced, and the floor offers a choice of three bookable meeting rooms, all complimentary for tenants.
Recent building refurbishment works have included end of trip facilities, lobby restoration and the redevelopment of Central Plaza Annex that is now underway.
