FLEXONICS Flexible Piping Systems has leased a 1,217sqm industrial property in Smithfield in Sydney’s west.
JLL’s Tristan Winterschladen and Marco Chiodo negotiated the three-year deal at Unit 3, 222 Woodpark Rd on behalf of a private owner at $127,800 per annum net.
The agents said the property is one of three units on the Smithfield site and features expansive hardstand and internal clearance of around 7.5 metres, which Flexonics took on due to their business requiring a high power supply and ample hardstand for storage.
