A medical professional picked up the vacant 8/147 Wharf Street property on New South Wales’ far north coast for their practice.
Darren Jones of Ray White Commercial sold the property on behalf of a private owner.
The space had been recently renovated and has a reception area, internal kitchen and private balcony, and comes with two undercover parking spaces.
