THE historic 360-hectare West Gippsland cattle and sheep grazing property, Buneep Park, has been put to the market, representing a chance to acquire one of the largest individual landholdings in the region.
The 230 Wimpole Road property in Bunyip North comprises six certificates of titles and has a circa-1850, Federation-era homestead and manager’s residence, cattle and sheep-handling facilities, and several machinery, hay and storage sheds.
CBRE’s James Beer and Duncan McCulloch, in conjunction with John Patterson of Alex Scott and Staff, are selling the property on a walk in walk out basis with 360 Angus cows and 1,300 breeding ewes via expressions of interest closing June 1.
“Buneep Park provides significant land bank potential, particularly given it’s only one hour from the Melbourne CBD and expanding south-east growth corridor,” Beer said.
“The owners have ensured the property has first class operational infrastructure, including high quality fencing, an all-weather laneway system and reticulated stock water to each paddock.”
